Cancellation Policy

This deposit is fully refundable in the event of adverse weather conditions that render the charter unsafe to operate. Aquaholic Boat Charters reserves the right to cancel a scheduled charter due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to mechanical failure, medical emergencies, or any other situation that may compromise the safety or feasibility of the excursion. In such instances, clients will be offered either a full refund of any payments made or the opportunity to reschedule the charter, subject to availability.
